Delete your botreeve account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the botreeve app (Settings → Account → Delete account). This page is the same request, for when you don’t have the app handy or can’t sign in — no login required here either way.
What deleting your account does
- Deletes your botreeve account and the personal data attached to it — not a deactivation.
- Deleting your account deletes the credential and refresh token we hold for your connected broker — immediately, on our side. Robinhood does not offer a way for apps to revoke their own access, so we cannot do it for you. To fully remove botreeve's access, open the Robinhood app and remove botreeve from the list of connected third-party apps in your account security settings.
- Account deletion retains the order and approval audit ledger that financial recordkeeping regulation requires us to keep, and deletes everything else. What survives identifies nobody — the record carrying your email and display name is gone with it. See the Privacy Policy for the retention schedule.
Request deletion
Submit the email your account uses. We’ll confirm by email once deletion is complete — within 30 days, and almost always much sooner.
