Email legal@guten.group. It is the Guten Group address, read by people, and it is the one address for support, privacy requests and reports. Write from the email your account uses so we can find it, and say what you were doing and what you saw.
Report something in a group
Objectionable content is not allowed in groups. Email the address above with the group name and what was posted. Reports are acted on within 24 hours. You can also block a person inside the app.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Without the app, or if you can’t sign in, use botreeve.ai/delete-account — no login needed. Requests made there are completed within 30 days. What deletion removes and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
The app is free to download. A plan is bought on the web, not inside the app — see botreeve.ai/pricing. For a billing question, email the address above.
